The Isle of Tease Burlesque Festival is produced, organized, and run 100% by volunteers!

Leading up to and during the festival November 14-17, 2019 we need people to help make the festival happen and to create a unique event for Victoria that will showcase and celebrate the finest in local, national, and international burlesque talent. We would love for you to contribute your awesome skills to make the festival fabulous and for you to be part of the fun!

Volunteer applications are open until midnight (PDT) September 20, 2019. Check out the perks available for volunteering below.

Rhinestones (40+/hr min) Committee Volunteer

Support in the months leading up to the festival with sponsorship, marketing, policy development, planning, etc. to be part of making everything professional and so sparkly!

1 free volunteer seat to BOTH Isle of Tease shows (Fri.& Sat.)

Free entry: Thursday night event

Free entry: Saturday night after party

Sequins (hours will vary) Professional Services

Providing a professional service at no cost, including lighting tech, sound tech, logistics crew, drivers, consent captains, etc.

1 free volunteer seat to ONE Isle of Tease show (Fri. or Sat.)

Discount tix ($5): Thursday night event

Free entry: Saturday night after party

Tassels (20+/hr min) Event Weekend Volunteer

Supporting all varieties of event weekend needs including ushers, greeters, wayfinders, tickets, merch, set up, take down, clean up, etc. You like to make people smile and don’t mind being ‘seen’!

1 free volunteer seat to ONE Isle of Tease show (Fri. or Sat.)
